Maybe try buildd.debian.org, and in particular the quinn-diff pages. 
quinn-diff used to be a bit buggy, don't know if that is fixed.  My
autobuiler "turtle" (on savannah.gnu.org) can do accurate web pages
reporting on source and binary version.  Maybe check it out, if you want
(it's sorta discontinued and a bit slow, though).
