Hello!
Thanks to Phil I got the alpha.gnu.org packages and put them online.
All alpha packages (including X packages) can be found at http://www.htu.tugraz.at/~past/hurd/alpha/
It's all alpha packages with a Packages file, so you should be able to use it as source location without a problem (Packages not tested. Anyone to confirm?)
