Yup, that how you setup pflocal. Please report all bugs in GNUMach, MiG and the Hurd here. Not every Hurd hacker looks at the Debian BTS. But reporting it to the Debian BTS is useful aswell. I think it can't hurt to report it at both places. It can hurt if one of them closes the bug, and the other one doesn't. Which could cause unnessecary bug hunting in the future. Better report any Hurd/GNU Mach/MiG specific bugs to Savannah, and anything related with the actual Debian package to Debian's BTS. Cheerio.
