>From the looks, you are quite unfamiliar with Debian, have you looked at various Debian related information (www.debian.org)? You can try using `apt-get install PACKAGE' instead, but you will need to setup /etc/apt/sources.list accordingly. Which can be done with `apt-cdrom' I belive. Or just edit your /etc/apt/sources.list manually and add something like: deb cdrom:/cdrom/debian unstable main But I'm unsure if it is correct. Cheerio.
