IPV6 is a kernel-agnostic standard and there are many packages that depend on it. You really need to provide it for any complete Debian GNU port. I suggest you upload a hacked inetutils package to gnuab. Implementing an ipv6 interface with dummy (ENOSYS) stubs is also a good workaround IMHO. -- .''`.
