That package is an Architecture: all package, i.e. it only contains binary-independent data (probably source code in this case). Due to the nature of Debian, all Arch: all packages appear in the hurd-i386 Packages file, even though they might not be Hurd-specific, as is the case here. Whether that module source will work with GNU Mach is doubtful, as the glue code is for 2.0-compatible drivers, you will need to research the nature of that driver.
