Using grub to boot:
grub> find /boot/gnumach.gz
returns (hd0,3)
Based on the above I believe the root partition for the Hurd is: hd0s4
Is that correct?
grub> kernel (hd0,3)/boot/gnumach.gz root=device:hd0s4 -s
Later in the boot process I get the following error:
start (hd0,3)/hurd/ext2fs.static: (hd0,3)/hurd/ext2fs.static:
device:hd0s4: No such device or address
If the root partition is correct is it possible that I am having
a SATA problem?
