This is probably responsible for some of the problems: The symlink is
not really supported anymore in Debian.

I thought the option was dropped from crosshurd a while back. What
version are you using?...

This sounds very much like a problem that might be caused by the above.

These are not critical I think... I see lot's of them as well, but they
do not seem to break anything as far as I can see.
