Selecting Anybody works, but not Console Users Only, why. X is started from the Hurd console. BTW: I had to add myself to the sudoers file to be able to start the Hurd console from the Mach console. Can I put it in /etc/rc.local so it will be executed automatically when booting? Starting and leaving X as root restores the Hurd console. However, running X as user does not restore it. The Hurd console is shown for a short time, then back to a low resolution black console with a large cross cursor! -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
