This previous bug did not affect the situation with rsyslogd, only the
s-s-d bugs did, but if as suggested, rsyslogd's init script get modified
to use --exec instead of --name, then this would fix the issue right now
(independently of a fixed dpkg), in addition to being the correct way to
write the init script.
