For what it worth, I cannot reproduce this issue now on exodar.debian.net, nor with Cupt 2.0.1 (originally reported) nor with currently stable Cupt 2.4.0.
Unfortunately, cannot test on strauss.debian.net (originally reproduced at) since it's quite busy at the moment and MOTD suggests not to use it as porterbox anymore. -- Eugene V.
