The unreleased suite (which contains rumpkernel) does not support deb-src. You can use dget explicitly from e.g. dget http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-ports/20260626T073811Z/pool-hurd-amd64/main/r/rumpkernel/rumpkernel_0~20250111-8.dsc Samuel
