Unlike the last two bug reports, I've got no idea how to fix this one.
I configured my keyboard so backspace does ^? and delete does ^[[3~, as is
proper ;) I've set up the stty information and the termcap information and
the readline configuration so applications know about this.
The composer in pine however, doesn't, and only accepts ^H. The rest of
pine works, as does pico, so I can't imagine why the composer should be so
afflicted. It's very annoying however.
