There weren't incomplete translations apart from the ones fixed (or added) by the l10n bug reports. You should have complete translations for fr, pt_BR, ca and ja. Translators from -i18n, if you want to send NEW translations for the teapop package, please send them to the BTS, contrary to what I said in my former mail. Thus, they will go to Nick. Nick, sorry for the NMU call....as mentioned I was tracking sleeping l10n bugs and the purpose is of course getting the package updated. Having them updated by the regular maintainer is of course the best way. Thanks for your quick answer.
