I think someone mentioned this is a fixed issue in the latest gtranslator version (not yet packaged) > /me adds this to the doc immediately. You should update the web pages also. Regarding the kbabel stability issue I would say that from time to time it starts to have such problems, while the deletion of the kbabel profile can bring back stability. I haven't done this automatically yet, but I have found a way to fix the problem without loosing my translation database.
