Just like a Debian Developer. There is no definition of what makes a
Developer in the constitution.
The only place where any kind of formal definition is given is the
NMP glossary:
Member, Developer:
A Debian Project member, who has gone through the New Maintainer
process and had their application accepted.
Where _Member_ Is Defined With A Capital Letter And Is Put As An
Equivalent To Developer.
And it is only normal to define Member=Developer here, on the page
where the process to "become a Developer" is explained. Once this is
done, the constitution can use the 2 words as equivalent.
Have I made it clear now? You don't seem to be able to grasp the
difference between formally defined terms and regular everyday
usage of
words.
