As far as I remember you or Javier mentioned short time ago on this list that translations are derived work of the English files, e.g. debian/control. So what do you want to discuss? Most debian/control files should be licensed under GPL or in the same way as the appropriate package. So there should be no choice for translators to choose a special licence or am I wrong?
