Thanks a lot!! I've also contacted upstream and he told me that the email is no condition for the license, so the games are definitely DFSG-free and I hope to get them in Debian soon. The only pending thing is the music, that is not DFSG-free (modifications not allowed), I'll have to replace it or change it.
I plan to package more Japanese games. I've discovered them recently but I have found they're extremelly nice and interesant, but also that most of upstream do not speak too much english, so I'll probably ask for help more times here.
