All l10n NMU's are built in pbuilder. As for all my own packages,
lintian is run after each build. I always look at its output and,
sometimes, take care to fix the trivial issues (wrong menu sections,
ignoring "make clean" errors in debian/rules, etc.).
When in doubt about such "QA fixes" , I always abstain.
NMU are, at the end of the process, uploaded to DELAYED/2-day. I can
increase that delay if you prefer, of course.
