I know you mean well... (but its a bit annoying to be prodded every other
week. All debian-edu-install i18n bugs in the BTS are tagged pending for a
reason.)
The debian-edu-install package upload is blocked by a decision about what
version number and codename (if any) the next Debian Edu release will have,
so you don't have to convince me to upload, but you will have to wait, until
Debian Edu has decided this. This will most likely happen at our irc meeting
on November the 5th, and you can expect an upload shortly after that.
Until then, please submit new translations via the BTS ;-)
