i'am afraid there is a quite common bug in package descriptions.
According to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Language_binding
there is _one_ binding (i.e. interface) for a specific library and a
specific programming
language.
If wikipedia is not correct here, there are still some bugs because
binding and bindings
are not used uniformly.
