In D-I SVN. This is still handled separately from D-I because changes were so last minute that I still want to count translation statistics without console-setup. These translations will be merged back into D-I files after the release of D-I RC1. You haven't seen any call for translations because German has always been complete (new strings were merged from console-data). Only translators and teams were merging from console-data did *not* give 100% got a cal for translations.
