Indeed, my detailed proposal is the following:
- I launch a translaiton update round, which means seding mail to
existing translators and mailing debian-i18n to seek new translators
- I follow the incoming updates and new translations, check them and
assemble them in a local tree
- when the 10 days delay is over, I notify you, with a full patch...and
leave up to you do do the upload when it's convenient for you.
This is what I call "doing a translation update round" : I do the round
and you do the upload..:-)
