I did some translation of transcriptions of packages and I noticed wordlist. It is missing for Serbian, so I wanted to start one. But, I don't know to whom I should write. Acctualy, on this page [1] to whom is "me" refered to? There is no link.
"me" are the folks with access, e.g. the developers.
