Not sure I understood your question, but if the Language-Team field is
incorrect in the PO file (see the “Swedihs” translation of adduser [1]),
it won't appear in the tracked list, and of course, there is no tracking
if the language list is not set or used, same as the po-debconf tracking
view (e.g. no tracking for Danish [2], even if some files are declared
to be handled in the list).
