This new package provides tools that are used for instance to build the robot status pages on churro.
This package was pending for years in debian-l10n SVN. Recent events on churro convinced me to package the tools as they are. This will certainly help in rebuilding a debian-i18n server in the future. Many things are probably missing, including several scripts used on churro.
