Same problem as helix84

it comes and go

tried from two different servers (on different networks). 10 min. later it 
works for maybe 4-5 translations and then no answers.

DDTSS was fine for me earlier today, but right now it doesn't work.
Ping is OK, I can even get a TCP connection to port 80 and send a
request, but the server never responds.

At the time of your email the webserver was up, according to the logs
anyway. Next time it happens, can you get a tcptraceroute? Perhaps
there's an upstream router getting confused?
