As we switched to console-setup for the console keyboard settings, I just dropped the inclusion of console-data localization statistics from Debian Installer localization statistics.
That will remove a small burden from the shoulders of translators who want to achieve 100% completeness for all D-I levels. It does of course not mean that translations for console-data are abandoned...but they're likely to be less and less used. And the package will sooner or later be orphaned (probably after wheezy). --
