There was a big effort to translate package descriptions into Greek a few years ago, but unfortunately it was done downstream in Ubuntu, e.g. http://gr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/raring/main/i18n/Translation-el ...while Debian doesn't have any Greek DDTP translations at all, e.g. http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/sid/main/i18n/
