Seems I have missunderstood: https://wiki.debian.org/I18n/Sprint2012Report where I have drawn the information that DSA took over maintenance of ddtp.debian.org. Hmm, there is a difference between some translations not propagating and a machine that is gone and does not answer to ping. I'd start with rebooting the machine, thought - but I might be naive.
