Hi, I don't think you can compare DDTP with other project that way.

But you can compare the different translations according to
http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/pt_BR
most important translations are at the top.

so eglibc should be the most important file to work at. But again a lot of 
other conditions/ways of ranking translations could yield other results.
