Yes, German already exists but nobody has touched it in 6 years since https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-server/-/commit/4ae4bfee843979506d76c6c78a07f40b804a91f6 so was thinking that it would be good if this gets attention by all languages, not just the ones with incomplete translations. I don't know if 6 years is a short or long time span - I guess language changes way more slowly - but I would appreciate if you could take a quick look and ack if the language still follows best practices and current terminology in the field.
