Ages ago, I used the e-mail work flow, but I thought it was
broken/gone for a long time?
I'm not a regular contributor, but back then I once in a while made a
quick fix, especially if it concerned several packages. There the
e-mail work flow was handy.
So if it is a burden to maintain, yes, then please do remove it.
However, if it is not too complicated to keep it going, I think it is
worthwile considerg.
(Of course, if I'm the only one - then yes, remove it).
