Ok. The directory usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/i386 from the amd64 package is the missing part. If you install those files you should have a working nspluginwrapper. Then you could force the flashplayer-mozilla installation (from debian-multimedia). > That looks good. Does ia64 have an i386 compiler? AFAIR, only in theory. Using the new names, nspluginwrapper-wrapper on ia64 should depend on nspluginwrapper-runtime-i386 from amd64.
