Hey u-boot has been failing to build on ia64 for some uploads now, but I can't reproduce on the porterbox (merulo) where it builds fine. The build failure seems to be some kind of race condition in the upstream makefiles, but it doesn't happen on other architectures nor on the porter box, so I suspect it could be due to the buildd setup (nfs, uncommon filesystem, older kernel or such?). NB: builds of older u-boots were successful on ia64 until the point where "make tools" was run as part of the build.
