Help installing on Dell PowerEdge 7250

Hello

I recently acquired a PowerEdge 7250, but have not been able to install 
anything on it, and have had a hard time finding any information about 
it - even from Dell.

At the moment it appears to reboot as soon as it gets to UEFI. My 
understanding is that I should be able to get it to boot from CD from UEFI.

Anyone know about these boxen?
