I made some packages for myself and put them up as well. ftp://ftp.linux.ee/pub/ipv6/debian/varia . Ipv6 patches are taken from http://www.version6.net .
Vsftpd is in production use in some servers and it runs really well. XMMS patch is sent to the upstream but is not accepted ... yet (AFAIK). I use it every day listening icecast stream and there isn't any problem with it.
