I don't think this list isn't configured well, because if SpamAssasin wouldn't block most of the spam, you would have 50 mails of spam today ;) This mail was not filtered out, because there were no links or "click here to..." which SpamAssasin searches for. I don't think it's possible to filter out every word that has to do with sex and a 0190-number is a service number for Germany only.
