Yes they are and the ssh client always trys IPv6 first and then in case it scales back to ipv4.
My pkgs are only a simple rebuild of the normal pkgs taking out --enable-ipv4-by-default
(or something like that ;) can't remember exactly ) from the options that debian/rules passes
to ./configure.
