Just go to www.tunnelbroker.net. It's the free 4-6 tunnel service from HE (Hurricane Electric he.com). You just have to make sure that you send traffic over the tunnel or it will clean up after 24h of no traffic. And you need a static ipv4 ip. HE will give you a /64 prefix. - Adam
