As Daniele stated there is a 6to4 pkg on the way. It should be small enough to be included in debian-installer but this is something that needs to discussed with debian-boot people at a later stage.
The topic was discussed anyway on IRC and there we spotted a few things that needs to be done to achive this target but noone is working actively on it (mostly because there are other things with much higher priority). I think that even if this is a really nice feature it will be for sarge+1.
