I noticed that mtr-tiny is missing from the Debian IPv6 project archive. It can be built from the mtr source package (which has been ported) without any problems.
let's take a look here : http://debian.fabbione.net/debian-ipv6/pool/ipv6/mtr/
you'd be able to find binary packages... but maybe this is not for the debian distribution you need (I think it is only compiled for sid).
