I think your problem is the web server:

Connected to www.ipv6.org.tw.sub224-255.9.17.210.in-addr.arpa.
Escape character is '^]'.

This tells me that the server does not listen to ipv6, and when I try
not specifying, it correctly tries ipv6 first, then tries ipv4 when it
can't contact it by ipv6.
