https://tb.ipv6.btexact.com/start.html I just set up a tunnel through BT Exact, it is working now. They use a slightly different addressing for the tunnel, but otherwise identical in style to HE. I picked there so it might be close to ftp.nerim.net, the only IPv6 site I utilize that I know of. They do disclaim any and all service on the tunnel, so if it doesn't work I'll just try another one.
