Hello We just wanted to announce the release of a monitoring tool called NDPMon, Neighbor Discovery Protocol Monitor.
It is an IPv6 version of ArpWatch, which is thus in charge of monitoring the pairing between Ethernet and IPv6 addresses. But besides this monitoring feature, it is also able to detect some attacks on the ND protocol, as defined in RFC 3756, or IPv6 stack vulnerabilities (assignment of an Ethernet broadcast address on an interface...). This tool is distributed under the LGPL license and is available at the URL http://ndpmon.sf.net. Any feedback or comment is welcomed.
