You _should_ be able to build an ipv6 over ipv4 tunnel between
MYSERVERIPV6ANDIP4 and ROUTER(SUPPORTIPV6), and just put a
static route on each end.

I assume the Internet is ====> this way, so the tunnel would
be the default route for MYSERVERIPV6ANDIP4, and a static
route to the /64 (or whatever) you assign to MYNETWORKIPV6 (and
MYSERVERIPV6ANDIP4).
