Unsubscribe email Imagine this scene — your best co worker or dearest family member or even you yourself are being abused, persecuted, tortured or even killed by your own government, simply for your faith and spiritual views. Sounds shocking and unbelievable, like a bad joke, doesn’t it? But in reality it is true and is happening today in China. The meditative self-improvement practice Falun Gong [1], introduced to the public in 1992, is practiced openly in over 100 countries but, since 1999, has been subjected to brutal persecution in its homeland . The scale and scope of tortures taking place against these peaceful practitioners – extensively documented around the world – make this possibly the largest spiritual persecution in the world today. In 2000, the persecution of Falun Gong followers took an ugly turn: Available proofs tells a terrible tale of murder and mutilation in China. Witnesses and Chinese physicians have revealed that thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have become victims of forced organ harvesting, a process whereby organs are forcibly taken out from practitioners’ bodies, then sold and transplanted at huge profit. Falun Gong practitioners do not survive these abhorrent procedures . Kidneys, livers, hearts, and corneas are sold on demand to wealthy Chinese or overseas patients who can afford them. Prisoners of conscience, mostly Falun Gong practitioners but also Uyghurs, Tibetans, and House Christians, are tissue typed and then murdered once a matching recipient is found for their organs. The executors are officials of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), acting in cahoots with surgeons, prison authorities, and army officials. Victims are held in concentration camps or prisons prior to illegal surgery, then secretly transferred to a hospital for organ procurement, usually a military hospital. The leftover body parts are immediately cremated. The story is almost too scary to believe. And these crimes against humanity are being committed in the name of developing medical science and saving patients’ lives. How can such killing of innocent people for their organs be permitted, even if the organs are being used to save other people? We cannot stay quiet; otherwise it would mean that we assist the murderers and the crimes they are committing! Please help stop this genocide by spreading the message.
