I just came up against this problem, but I aleady knew it existed
before I did the upgrade.
So, instead of changing /etc/services, I decided to go with the new one
and just set our PM3 and Portslave boxes to use the new port.
basic pm3 command is: set acc xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port
