Re: htaccess failure

Spoke too damn' soon.

Reboot; and the ability to react correctly to .htaccess files
disappears.

I have a gut feeling this behaviour is linked to MySQL
authorisations; and/or PHP (4.0.3).  How, I have  no idea.
