maybe this is caused by tcp ecn enabled as default ?
check http://eltoday.com/article.php3?ltsn=2001-04-17-001-14-PS
so if it is you shoud put on /etc/sysctl.conf
net/ipv4/tcp_ecn=0
for an automatic disablement on each boot
